Unresponsive Climate Controls

Hi everyone i am a new user who just bought a 2003 gmc sierra 1500 and i have been doing some repairs, but what has really stumped me are the climate controls. The drivers side only blows hot air and passenger side side seems to be only coolish air. As well the a/c doesn't come on at all even the orange lights on the buttons don't come on. So far i have checked the fuses and installed a new head unit but still no change, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yep sounds like one or more actuators and/or blend door

 

Give this a try. Probably won't make any difference, but try anyway.

I thought it might be an actuator or door that is stuck for why the temperature won't change but that doesn't explain why pressing the ac and circulation button that nothing happens the lights don't even come on.

Have you had the system checked for proper charge?
