Didn't mean to derail this thread, but PM me if interested with your email and I will make a note of it for when we get them in. [emoji106]

One last derail... Can/Could you get the correct wiring to make a pseudo p&p kit for those without turn signals or power fold? TIA.

You need more than a harness. You need an entirely new window switch with the powerfold buttons as well as a BCM flash. You're talking $$$$.

That makes sense. Last model switch is around 250, so I'd assume the same or more for '14. What about just adding the blinker function? Others have mentioned in this thread going from non to with, they aren't plug and play. And one last one, Will these be the ones with the blinker on the backside of the housing or original towing mirrors. Thanks again for the help.

I don't know of this harness you speak of, but if someone gets me the Pn, I can order them all day long.

The gmt-900 platform switch is a lot small than the one in the k2xx. The one in the k2xx is almost the entire door panel. It's got a part of the door. I'd assume since it has a lot of switches integrated into it, as well as led lighting, it would be pricey.

I believe these have the blinker on the outside, yes, as well as an led light the is used to backing up.

There's a lot of interest for that part number here. Someone up a few posts said they had their dealer install and they switched the wire loom to include blinker capability. No word back on p/n from paperwork or dealer if there was one included. But, great news on the mirror with the extra lights. Thanks again.

I'd like to see pictures of the door control switches for this

Just browse eBay for 2014-2015 trucks with powerfold mirrors. Find a picture of the driver side door panel and you'll see em. [emoji106]

I've gotten several PMs about the new powerfold mirrors.

If you don't already have the DL3 option on your truck, I have somewhat an idea how to get them to work. If it's anything like the GMT-900 platform, you'll need the powerfold switch in the drivers door AND you will need the DL3 flash on the BCM. I would not expect your dealer to know anything about how to do this unless they've done it before.

If you already have powerfold, this should be a plug and play upgrade. I'll have them on my Denali the day GM says my order is ready. [emoji106]

excellent news. I've been scouring the net for the switch part number. I have an oil change apt next week, I might have to do some digging at the dealer.

i hope your right! im hoping gm doesn't change the plug on these mirrors just to piss us off.... I want these mirrors asap but I am going to have to paint the chrome b/s on it. only thing ill have to wire up is the reverse light in the mirror which is pretty legit!

The reverse light should not have to be wired in. I'm pretty sure it's activated by the same wire that causes your mirror to tilt down when the truck is put in reverse. [emoji106]

So if I have a 14 Sierra SLT non max tow, the mirrors will not work unless that fourth hole is drilled out.

What are people doing? Are dealerships doing this retro if guys want the tow mirrors? IIRC there was a bulletin or something about the door reinforcement being different. But then people doing out that the doors have the same P/N.

You will need to have the 4th hole drilled out.

I cannot speak for how dealerships are handling this. I don't work for one nor do I represent one. GM will tell you things won't fit because they are reading compatibility off a computer screen, but we all know from previous generation platforms that what the dealer tells us will/will not fit is nonsense as we've always found a way to make it work. There are plenty of truck shops that will install tow mirrors on a non-tow mirror truck. It's a simple hole to drill in the new trucks.
