turn signal

i was driving home tonight and put my turn signal on, there was no noise with it, it was completely silent, anybody know what happened?

Maybe they forgot to top off the blinker fluid (sorry) at the time of delivery?

 

Was the arrow flashing normal on the dash?

yes it was flashing properly. ive had the truck for 3 months now, it always clicked before, now nothing. ill have to take it into the dealer, but didnt know if it would be a simple fix.

i checked the blinker fluid its still half full

Your "tone/chime" volume didn't get turned down accidentally did it?

were you on the phone (blutooth)? i dont think it clicks if you are, or does it?

my guess is that something else was on such as a door chime or bluetooth.. but if everything is off and its still not ticking then theres a problem... try and reset factory settings in the DIC

Hello! Taking a quick look at your owner's manual, I cannot see why clicking noise that you hear when you are using your turning signal would suddenly stop working mean I do not believe that you by mistake turned it off. I will check my internal resources and see what they can tell us.

Did you find a fix or end up taking it to the dealer? This just happened to me on my new 2014.

Happened to me once some time ago. To fix it, I turned off the tone/chime and then turned it back on and the turn signal click came back. It did not appear to be turned off at the time. The + and - adjustment setting doesn't appear to "adjust" much.

It happened to me once, but the seatbelt reminder was going off at the same time, I guess it had priority lol
