GL. With your dealer doing it 30 min!!!! Mine told me a hr $100. it took those donkeys like 2 1/2 hrs lol. I paid $ 50 Cause they told me 1 hour. I was the first 1 at there shop on a Saturday

I agree and am usually leery or dealerships. Had many a bad experiences in the past. They did the flaps as promised. Completed in 30(ish) mins. $144 total. To not jack the truck, take the wheels off etc, priceless. I used to love working on my vehicles. Now just can't find the time.

I feel your pain, I have an almost fully disassembled 4th gen Camaro in my garage. My automotive free time is booked solid.

My nephew just installed a set of the Husky Mud Guards on his new '14, no drilling, fit and look good.

To me they look much better than the oem GM style.

I got a set of oem mud flaps and I like the look from the back but WHAT is the cut out in front for? So you put them on to save your truck from dirt and debris and GMC makes the guards to catch a good deal of it. Why can't they be smooth in the front as well?

Just got Weathertech brand splash / mud guards installed today. Have not got to test them out yet, but they have a great fit and look very clean. Hope they help keep the salt/snow mix away from the sides of the truck a bit.

I got extra long DuraFlaps (still 11.75" wide or 12" nominal) on my '15 SLE 1500 Crew Cab Short Box. At first I thought they would be a bit too long. As it turned out, they're about right for stock ride height, they maybe better after lowering.

Will the OEM moulded flaps cause rubbing issues with a levelling kit and 33's? Don't really want to drill to install them and then have to remove them later...anyone have any experience with them and putting on bigger tires?

I've those. My tires are 275/60/20. No rub909771a8c4da8e14c8d94aa5697384bc.jpg

Thanks SlavO, good to hear!

Got some gator back mudflaps installed. The weather techs were nice and easy to install but didn't have enough coverage.

Hey gaudette what sizes did you get for these in the front and back? And are they the cut/non-cut universal or the custom fit mud flaps?

I think they're a standard size with the corner cut to fit. Front and back look different. I don't know the dimensions but they're stocked by all the truck dealers here.

I'm not near the truck to look right now but I posted these pictures previously.http://www.gm-trucks.com/forums/index.php?/topic/154218-2014+-Mud-Guards-/-Flaps&do=findComment&comment=1479838
