2014+ Mud Guards / Flaps

Would you choose, OEM, Hudky or Weathertech?

I am leaning towards Weathertech due to the no drill option (don't want to drill into my fender)...only issue is do they provide the same amount of coverage as the OEM???

Please advise

I looked at the weather tech ones before I bought the OEM ones (got a good deal on them off ebay from some dealer back east). The weather tech ones if memory serves were shorter (specifically on the front) and didn't provide as much coverage. I may be mistaken though and I can't find the listed length measurements right now for some reason.

Get WeatherTech, great coverage on mine and such an easy install. They look good too.

$493 plus shipping for a set of front and read "no drill" mudflaps?

All kidding aside that's ridiculous. I bought huskys (to burn up some bps gift cards) but you can't go wrong with weathertechs (made in the town over from me) or duraflaps

For anyone on the fence about the OEMs because of the rivnut, don't worry. Go ahead, the rivnut is not that big of a deal. I just put the fronts on today with no issues.

Buy an M6 bolt at Home Depot and buy or find a nut that is just a little bigger ( loose on the bolt) and a couple of loose washers. I drilled with an 11/32 drill bit ( calls for 23/64) so I had a super tight fit. Threaded the made up rivnut tool into the rivnut and then tapped on it to seat it into hole. Rivnut didn't spin as it was tight. Rotated bolt 3 complete turns will holding nut to keep pressure against rivnut with another wrench... Done!!

Get WeatherTech, great coverage on mine and such an easy install. They look good too.

Another vote here for the WeatherTech. I think it took me all of 7 minutes to install all 4. No drill, look good, and super sturdy.

Im sure install is not that bad, think most would just have an issue drilling a 40k-60k dollar truck. I just dont see why you would ever drill into the truck with a no drill option available.

Your missing the point. I said anyone on the fence about the OEM because of the rivnut...

I am not saying mine is Better than yours etc. If you want the OEM but we're afraid of the install, don't be.
