Creaking sound when cold

My 2014 Silverado 1500 has the same creaking issue from the rear springs. Brought to the dealer today they confirmed the noise and just slathered the rear springs with grease. Apparently there is a bulletin on this but they wont just replace the springs. " they need to go through the steps" $42k Truck and that's the fix!! Bull shit.. The noise was back before I left the dealer. Listen I understand the steps, but what happen to the days of good customer service GM, especially when you know there's a problem??

Mine is at the dealer for this for the third time. I told them I wouldn't pick it up without new springs and shocks. GM is now also involved through this site and have provided me with a ticket number. I've posted video in another thread with the noise.
