Wheel Offset & Tire Combo After Lift?

I really like those tires.

I'm thinking of trying to run 325/60r18 on a level kit with those tires once I get my truck. Probably gonna have to do some trimming.

I wouldn't go that big. I'm barley making it. I've got a +10 offset and my tires roughly round out to 33x11.5. That's almost 13" wide isnt it? Just my opinion but that might look a little wide even if u make it fit with trimming, which u will definitely have to do. It is preference so if u really like that look go for it, but I'm just about hitting the sway bar as well. These truck don't fit a much bigger tire with the level kit because of the way the wheel wells are. Just go with a 6 inch lift and 35's, I'm already wishing I did but didn't have the guts on a brand new truck!! Maybe when I need new tires I'll go for it, haha.

ok so forgive me for beating this dead horse a little more. Has anyone ran a -12 offset wheel with 295 55 20 tires and have any problems?

To my knowledge I haven't seen anyone with this set up. What lift do you have?

Sorry I thought I put that in there. I have a rough country 2.5" level kit

I can guarantee you wont fit that big of a tire on a -12 offset. I tried 30/55r20 -12 offset with a 2.5 and I rubbed where I had them take it off. After I added the 1.5" body lift I only have slight rub in reverse. If you read through my posts I explain my trial and error in more detail.

If you're wanting that look I would recommend trying a 0 offset, that might get you close but I'm almost certain you would have to stay with stock to fit that tire. People on here are fitting it with slight rubbing on a stock offset...

Thanks for the info. I read through the post on here but must have missed something. I appreciate the information.

Ok guys I have read the entire post haven't seen an answer to the set up I am getting ready to order. Wanted to get some input. Looking at a XD Misfit +0 offset. Will a 305/55/20 fit with no rubbing? Or do I need to go with a 295/55/20. Looking at putting fender flares on so wanted a tire that wasn't tucked underneath.

See the above post. Your talking a minor difference in offset so the same will apply. I'll say bith sizes you listed will likely rub some.

I have a 2014 GMC Sierra 2wd with a 2.5in leveling kit and a friend gave me his old tires temporarily. They are 305/55R20 Toyo Open Country's. I need to know if I will be able to fit these tires on stock 20" rims. A little rubbing is fine, and don't want to trim anything. I just need to know if they will rub bad or not or even at all. Thanks for all the help y'all can provide to me!!

OK, so I am confused as ever - I am getting ready to install a 2.5" RC Leveling kit with stock 20" rims on my 2015 All Terrain - can I run 275/65/20's which is 34" tall without any rubbing issues? I do not want the tires to rub but want to find the biggest tire with this set up I can run without issues or adding spacers, etc.

I also have a 2015 Silverado 1500. I put a 2.5" Rough Country Leveling kit in it and am trying to figure out wheel and tire combinations. I'm thinking 275/60R20 Wrangler Duratracs with 20x9 +14 or +20 Fuel Mavericks. Does anybody have a combination with these dimensions? I won't want any rubbing and don't necessarily want to trim anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!
