Well got my grades today.  Not to bad.  I got 2 B's (very surprised.  I failed my kinematics class which i knew i was going to.  And another class i got a D in.  I have no clue how i got a D.  Next semester i gotta talk with the professor and find out how that happened.  I had a high C low B or so i though going into the final and i know i didnt fail the final

 

Im not as depressed as i thought i would have been.

 

On the other hand my gf got straight A's (GRRR shes to smart )

She's a keeper!    I always found that if I talked with the professor, I usually found out what I was doing wrong and corrected it.  ALSO, brownie points never hurt either.  That shows them that at least you are trying in their class, just not getting the hang of things.  I know I've been helped when I was on the B-, C+ line.  I got the B.    Good luck next semester.

most definetly a keeper, gets good grades, gives you discounts on mobil one and helps to feed your truck addiciton.

 

Sorry to hear about the grades, but I'll agree w/ you, a lot of the mechanical courses are tough.

guys im not even mad.  I am actually happy (sounds wierd) with my grades.  There was one class i loved.  Strength of materials (testing).  I got a B in that class.  95 on the final.  

 

I worked my butt off this semester but something felt like it was missing i didnt "feel school".  The class i failed i went to his office for help 3 or 4 times.  It was like i never went to class.  I got a 99% in the lab an 85% in hw (did all but 1 assignment).  But i failed 2 tests.  Killed my grade.  That was 50% of it.

 

Jon yea shes a keeper.  smart puts up with my truck fetish.  She was even on here with me last night reading posts.  We watched the man show videos Oh man are those funny

thanks for the reminder, i was going to download the man show videos when I got home.  So much to download, so little time.  Good thing all is well and it's been hitting around 150 k for some things.

They finally got my grades posted today, I guess I came out somewhere between the two guys who have already posted theirs.  I got two A's, two B's and two C's, and one of the C's was in kinematics.  I screwed one test up really bad in that class, and was lucky to make it through.  I'm pleased though, because I got through my last calculus and computer programming classes.  Now I can take a lighter class load my senior year, and I am all for that.

I want to be in HS again, I had a 4.0 all four years.  Now in college I'm trying to keep a 2.5, but I had a 3.0 going into this semester.  So far I know of only three grades, physics C- (happy, I did very poorly on the tests), German B (How the hell did I get one that high?  I'll take it.), and my ag engineering class A (If you get a B+ you must be some sort of moron).  My two math classes have me a bit concerned though.  I had a C going into the final in each, but the finals were very very hard.  We'll see.

2 are electives (econ and a mgmt class)

 

3 semesters left

I finally got up the courage to look up my grades online, and after seeing them I am relieved.

 

Ag Eng.  A

German  B

Physics  C-

Math 242 (calc) C-

Math 225 (lin. algebra) C+

 

The math classes had me worried because the finals were so hard, but I must have done much better than I thought.  The holidays are much better now!
