One more question about the AMP boards... Anyone have them installed WITH the GM molded front splash guards? Will they clear, or do the front splash guards have to be removed?

If they don't clear, I guess you could cut them down. I'll have to cut 7 inches off mine for the double cab fitment, according to the instructions.

Good to know, as I also have a double cab. I didn't realize you had to cut them to length. I just figured they would send the proper length since most order forms ask which cab model/trim you have. Plus, wouldn't it save them money on materials and shipping to not send 14 extra inches of waste material for every double cab order? No big deal though, I can cut 'em. Thanks for the info!

Actually saves them having to stock different models just for length. Installer cut mine for Double Cab. It is fine.

On the 2011 GMC I just traded in for my 2014, I had AMP Research Power Steps with their PowerSteps. These electrically unfold from the vehicle when the door is opened, and then fold in when the door is closed. They are pricey, but they are professional, and are at a balanced height. My 2014 GMC has the factory boards and I don't like them. Their height is wrong, and they are just not located in a way that works for me. I have to fold my body to enter the pickup when I use them. But, the AMPs are just right.

As soon as the weather becomes civil, I'll be removing the factory running boards from my 2014.

These are awesome, I've been looking into doing these too. Did you install them yourself on your 2011?

Just received my Go Rhino RB10's after 4 weeks of shipping delays, they arrived and they are missing parts. To Go Rhino's credit, they did send the parts I needed, which should be here soon, but still disappointing.

To those of you who have the RB10's, did they come with the metal Go Rhino logo riveted into the side? I was pretty bummed to see that. If I knew that, I probably wouldn't have ordered them.

I'm thinking about returning these for some Amp's. I just thought the RB10's would look good on my Midnight Edition, but I'm having second thoughts.

I just bought Westin Pro Traxx 5. Can't wait to get them sold and buy something else. One huge issue, the step pad is just in the wrong spot! When I get in the truck I step on the very back piece of the pad and when I get out I step on the metal part of nerf bar, needless to say it's slippery. I like the look but brackets look flimsy and pads in wrong spot.

I called them and they said oh well. I emailed them with my complaint and nothing, will not buy anything in future from them.

Yes you can add the extra step.. That's what I did.
