I spent the last couple days building a sub box for my double cab Silverado. I have used fiberglass once before this to repair a shower so please be easy on my fiberglass work. I will be using the 8"solobaric for a week or two until I order the shallow kenwood 12" that will live in there. Think I am going to go with the audio control lc2 line out converter for the rca jacks. Can't wait. I think I will be banging in a day or 2. The installs take a little longer these days with the wife and kids wanting all my time.

Good week for my truck. Finally got my rear Kings installed, Airaid Mit kit and a MagnaFlow 22" exhaust installed. Truck sounds awesome now! 5e2c6fef0a63f023c28c4eef7a7912d7.jpg27def1bf20e3506a696a530cd5b8738b.jpg78c7b5e21eefe76b738e4ba4ae05e3e1.jpg

I like the intake. Its not crazy loud like the open Airaid filter I had before. That one only lasted 1 day before I sold it. The MIT coupled with the exhaust makes it sound really good and I feel it made it more responsive. Cab noise is minimal.

Thanks for the reply. I think an intake will be my next purchase.

Is that a Corsa Sport? How do you like it?

I don't have the Corsa setup on mine. The tips however are similar, I have them going out to both sides of the truck, with a Carven muffler. I love the way it sounds.

I should add it to my wish list and wait for the price to drop and buy a few lol

Did that with my cordless impact I got about a year ago. Had it in my wishlist for a few years as finally it dropped drastically to 365 and regular price was 430. Swooped it up and glad I did bc the price went back up the next day

Set up an account on camelcamelcamel.com

Then copy the link for what you want on Amazon in CCC and set your desired price and wait for the email when the price hits your criteria.

Installed Nfab steps. Nice not to slide across the seat now and foot placement seems right.

Just waxed and applied sealant before it got too hot/humid outside.

Black Light is a glaze - not a sealant.

Here's my order I use w/ PC 7424.

Black Light

Jet Seal

Butter Wax

Petes 99 100%

Good stuff though. CG fan for sure.

In contact with a guy that detailed my coworkers Jeep and for how old it is the thing really shines. Gonna see what he'll charge me to bring my paint back

Glaze, Sealant (Jet Seal), then wax. I seal twice a year and it keeps the shine locked in and the paint protected. People also use Collinite for this.

Wait 30 minutes to wipe off after BL, apply Jet Seal and wait 30 min to wipe off, then waxes are the easy part and just go to town.

I'd let you borrow my DA polisher if you were close. Just takes time once you get your own.

And good pads. Looking at like $200-300?

Cool. So if I was to go back and add the sealant now then I'd reapply the buttery wax?
