Looks like you built a new fence too! hahaha very nice shine alright.

Good eye, lol, I had a 38 foot, 6 foot privacy fence put up, down the side of my driveway, I live in downtown, we are packed in tight, Im like the only one in the neighborhood with off street parking.

Hey my friend is this something that you custom-made or had a shop make or did they modify something existing? Seeing as these trucks can be stolen  in about 30 seconds I really like this idea and could even modify it further so that no steering wheel movement would be possible.

I actually bought it from this website but for is for the older Silverado http://www.lok-ittsteeringcolumnlock.com/buy-your-lok-itt-here.html

p250 is the model that will fit the k2xx but the top bracket Is what needs modifying they cut 3/4” off of the top bracket as it had a big gap now it’s pretty flush covering the ignition/key hole336DE07F-3746-4B0B-AA57-590D78C6A729.thumb.jpeg.30433afc13fe403695d4b6ade51d356c.jpeg

you can see where they cut and rewelded the middle of the bracket it’s thick will not bend

I appreciate it! I didn’t make the traction bar though, I just made the face plates to dress them up a bit.. but I do know my way around a welder so I’ll see what I can do! Lol

I was hoping he would send me a set of those traction bars to test before going to market. Just to make sure they look good on a black truck too.

Maybe power coating it will make it look better wish I would of had them modified it first then put it on, the piece u put around the steering column has break away bolt so once u snap them off probably best to grind the bolt down flat was a pain had to use a grinder to smooth it down

I still have the power fold mirrors I need put on so that might be next on my list then the lift, knock out all the minor stuff before it’s lifted and harder to do ?
