I have a cloth case from my 2008 that I keep reusing.

I keep the manual in the truck so when I break down I will have something to burn to stay warm. Thank god for the butane lighter in the glove box.

Mine came in a ziplock bag...i was afraid the dealer screwed me over and forgot to grab me a case.

My 2010 didn't have a case. My 08 Tahoe didn't either just the paper book
