Have fun with the XD's I love mine, I wonder how that big 'ole 45 acp kicks in the little gun, mine is a 9mm. I run 185 grain speer gold dots in my light weight 45 kimber, they don't kick as hard as the 230's.

That's a mid mag (6), also have a 5 mag with a Pearce grip.

That shouldn't kick too bad. Looks like it's at least close to a full length barrel. I've got a Para Warthog in .45 ACP - 10 rounds double stacked, with a 3" barrel. It lives up to it's name.

 

Had to practice ALOT with this thing to be able to hit anything past 20' ... not that I'd ever have to reach out that far (especially with a MA jury ...), but knowing that I can is good.

Looks like a nice solid holster. Not familiar with that brand. I've had a Crossbreed for the past 5 years. It's become a part of my body now. I remember it was a little stiff when new - takes a little bit to get them broken in.
