I have replaced the stock goodyear junk tires. The stock size was 275/55/R20 and the sticker on the truck recommends running 32 psi in the tires. I now have 275/60/R20's and am running around 35 psi I contacted the tire man. and they suggest running what the door sticker recommends but these tires are not the stock size. Should I continue to run 35 psi or drop it down to 32. On a side note when the tires get heated up the tire pressure monitoring system has them around 37-38 psi.

I run 35 front, 32-33 rear. A little less in the rear seems like it rides a bit more comfortably since there is no weight back there. I put 35 up front because to be honest 32 looked a little low with the engine weight etc in the front.

i ran factory stock Goodyear 275-55-20's on my 03 SS @ 30 psi according to the door sticker, and only got 20k miles out of them before they were shot, i drive like the old fart that i am..replaced them with 275-55-20 Kumho's and got poor tread were at 30 psi, increased to 40-42 psi to get the best tread were by chalking tires, and i have over 50k miles on them now. IMO- that sticker is for factory tires when the vehicle come off the assembly line, and not for aftermarket/different manufacturers of the same size tire..or larger/smaller size

Read the side of the tire. It will tell you the recommended pressure at cold psi.
