Several states do not allow front side windows to be tinted. Here in Georgia with the sun it would be great to completely black out the windows but I'm pretty sure I'd be the one guy the cops decide to enforce the law of how dark we can legally tint windows.

I knew some states were higher than our limit (40%) but I didn't think any didn't allow for any tint at all

Only the top 6" of the window which is dumb... People do it and it looks ridiculous.

Most people tint their front windows anyway.

Only being able to do that is pretty dumb looking. Seen that on a few cars here. We can only legally go down to the AS-1 line.

Mike,

As a side note for those LED lights you ordered for the running boards. Mine have been hell here the past couple days to keep them on. Lots of rain and cooler weather. I cleaned it real good and wiped with rubbing alcohol first. I would recommend putting a dab of silicon every foot or so just to help hold it up. I went the Duct tape route for now in a couple spots to make do til it's nicer out. Only other thing I had handy was E-6000 glue and I didn't feel like perma-welding them to the truck The tape is blueish colored so not too out of place. Just a heads up.

Thanks for the heads up! I'll have to remember to put some extra 3M tape every 6" or 1ft. Don't have any silicone at home. Don't want them to start falling off!

But those lights aren't gonna be the only thing happening to the truck tomorrow[emoji57] truck is gonna get a few things done tomorrow!

- Dual 10s with fox acoustics box

- LED lights for Amps

- Straight windshield brow/visor (10% to match doors)

- Possibly windshield tint (45% to keep it easier at night)

I feel like there was something else. But can't think of it.

No I tried ordering them earlier this week! They were on backorder. Oh well! Guess I'll just have to keep that money and put it toward my own lift and tires! Think I'm changing from my original plans of using the eagle alloy rims and I may go with some 22x9.5 fuel maverick +25 offset on 285/55/22 Nitto trail graps with a 4" lift. It's a sweet set up

Only picture I got right now from the outside. Shop messed up on the visor, they put a curve to it although I asked for a straight one. Will get that corrected tomorrow!

Update for windshield tint at night, it's not hard at all with the 55W HID headlights! I bet it'll be even better once I do the FXR retrofit in a few weeks!
