That looks pretty good man. Where did you get those inserts from or did you make them? Im thinking about powder coating myself.

It came on the truck from the dealership. They sale the inserts in different colors for about $100 last time I looked

I would like to correct a statement made earlier. While you dont need to use cards or tape to cover the actualy tire. You do have to apply a tire dressing of some kind or the dip wont just pull off the tire. Its best to use a foam applicator so you dont get the dressing on the rim or the dip wont stick. Ive never done rims but four cans sounds good, 1 can per tire. Make sure to lay on a light tack coat, then at least 3 medium/wet coats. If you dont build up the dip thick enough it will be a pain in the butt to peel off.

Ended up plasti dipping my rims the other day. Took about 4 hours in total. Taped off the lug nuts, valve stems, and placed cards in between the rim and tire to cut back on overspray.

 

Came out pretty well considering it was my first time ever using it.
