z71 chevy Posted August 1, 2015 Posted August 1, 2015 (edited) Anybody have any suggestions on what I should do with my rubbing issue on inner fender. I don't want to cut anything. I have RC 2.5 level with 305 55 20 and 0 offset. Do u think a 1.5 zone body lift would help? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk have you tried to zip tie the fenders back only takes a couple small holes for the ties otherwise the body lift should work but it's a bit of work and does require some trimming/ cutting which u didn't seem to want to do Edited August 1, 2015 by z71 chevy

Robert.jean1 Posted August 2, 2015 Posted August 2, 2015 I'm not usually a fan of the single cab pickups, but I must compliment yours. That is a good looking truck you got there! 2015 Cadillac escalade wheels 22x9 285/45/22
simpson829 Posted August 2, 2015 Posted August 2, 2015 Thank you I'm still second guessing myself for going with the regular cab. I don't need the extra room as of right now but kids are in the next 2 years. Just gives me a reason to upgrade in a few years. 1
Jerrod Dunbar Posted August 3, 2015 Posted August 3, 2015 Truck is going in Monday for color matched grill and bumpers. On deck in the next six months.... amp steps, sprayed in beadliner and someone to retrofit my headlights. Oh and leather too!!! Color Matching? Are they painting over the Chrome? Where are you getting it done? I have a Stealth Grey metallic with the same front end. I want to get the grille and bumper painted to match but I've heard a lot of negative about painting over chrome? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Rawyzf Posted August 3, 2015 Posted August 3, 2015 You can paint over the chrome, it's all about the prepwork.
14_rubyredltz Posted August 4, 2015 Posted August 4, 2015 2015 z71 crew. 7 inch lift, 35x12.50r18 nitto Terra grappler ll. 18 inch gear big block 796 -12 offset. Super happy with the turnout so far. Have other mods in future but that's my wheel setup. I like all styles but What can I say I like little bit of practicality with style! No 22s on stretched 33s for me [emoji1] . Dropsix Posted August 4, 2015 Posted August 4, 2015 I did a search but don't see many people talking about the Toyo Open Country C/T's much on this site if at all. Anyone use them? I seriously doubt I'll ever need off road tires (I have an atv for that). However, I would like to keep the 20" All terrain rims on year round instead of putting steel wheels on with winter tires for snow. So I am looking at the all-terrain tires that perform well in snow or at least have the snowflake rating. Looking at the K02's and the Toyo C/T's so far. Shying away from the K02's a little due to weight and decrease in mileage. I am looking at keeping the truck at the stock height. Any info is greatly appreciated!
Rawyzf Posted August 4, 2015 Posted August 4, 2015 I have the Cooper ATP and they are M+S rated. I swear they used to have the snow flake on them, but they must have pulled that off with thier new tire the A/TW.
Dropsix Posted August 4, 2015 Posted August 4, 2015 Scratch that, just found their price in Canada is about 430$-450$ a tire. That's ridiculous. No wonder they aren't popular.
