txmuder Posted March 18, 2016 Posted March 18, 2016 Bought these off a 2015 Cadillac SUV, owner went with 24" setup so I sold my 20's and went with this setup, had to buy center bowtie caps but other than that fit right on. Had some issues swapping my TPS sensors (wouldn't reprogram at 1st) but I like the look. 2

jrob56 Posted March 18, 2016 Posted March 18, 2016 Completely stock. No rubbing. Here is another angle. Those are the All Terrains and you just swapped caps right? Where did you get the caps?
jimbaeumel Posted March 18, 2016 Posted March 18, 2016 Those are the All Terrains and you just swapped caps right? Where did you get the caps? My wheels are actually Machined Denali Wheels. Gm# 5699. I found them on craigslist when I blew a tire and scratched a wheel. My truck came with 18's but the dealer let me use my 5 spoke 20s off of my '14. I just used the caps from them. That reminds me. Ive got 3 really nice OEM 20" 5 spoke wheels if anyone wants to make an offer... ha 1

BigDs_DenaliHD Posted March 19, 2016 Posted March 19, 2016 Think we need more pics. What grill and flares? Let me see if I can get some more loaded up... I've had the truck for about 4 weeks now, here's what she looked like when I bought her a month ago. Here's a little different angle to show the grill. I picked it up off eBay, I'll see if I can pull up the manufacturer again. It was a PIA to install, but I love how it turned out. I moved the Z71 emblem to the new grill which took some time, and it's a drill and bolt on install so there's no going back unless I buy a replacement. The flares are Lund Elite Series that I actually picked up in the "For Sale" forum already painted. The passenger front didn't fit right at all when I got them, there was a 1/2" gap between the top of the flare and the fender when it was installed. Naturally I started with the drivers front and worked my way around the truck so it was the last one to install, so I had to figure out how to make it work. A couple clamps, some 2x4's and a heat gun and now it fits better than the others. Lol D 1
BigDs_DenaliHD Posted March 19, 2016 Posted March 19, 2016 (edited) The lift is a combination of the stock parts off of a Lingenfelter Reaper (all the fox stuff), a Superlift 3.5" kit with new A arms, and an add-a-leaf for the rear. It's right at 4" of lift up front and the add-a-leaf has it sitting with about 1/2" rake in the rear. D Edited March 19, 2016 by Big DW 3
BigDs_DenaliHD Posted March 19, 2016 Posted March 19, 2016 (edited) The grille is a Paramount Evolution mesh insert, part number 46-0765 which is for Z71 models only. Here's a link to it on Summit: http://www.summitracing.com/ga/parts/pmt-46-0765 I picked mine up off the big auction site for $160 shipped. Unfortunately it didn't come with instructions and they're closed on Saturdays, so I spent a little time researching how to install it. The factory grille has to be removed to install, not too difficult, the two outer bolts on the bottom are a pain though. Like I mentioned earlier, the grille install was a bit of a pain. It took almost 4hrs. I didn't install the smaller strips between the upper and lower inserts, thought it would be too much (I think I'm going to make a license plate frame out of them). The grille is made very well. It's heavy, all stainless and powder coated black. I did have to trim the outer mount tabs on all 4 ends to allow it to be pulled in enough to sit flush, even those were stainless. This is right after I finished installing it. Not the best shot because of all the evening shadows... D Edited March 19, 2016 by Big DW
jrob56 Posted March 19, 2016 Posted March 19, 2016 Looks killer, what all goes into flare install? Have to drill right? Curious what suspension set you back, fit in garage still?
BigDs_DenaliHD Posted March 19, 2016 Posted March 19, 2016 Looks killer, what all goes into flare install? Have to drill right? Curious what suspension set you back, fit in garage still?Appreciate it! As for the flares, there's no drilling. They're pocket style flares, the outer bolts just give the look like they're drilled and bolted to the fender. They're held on with clips and bolt on brackets, very easy install and they're very solid. As far as the suspension, it's a little crazy. I actually picked all the Reaper stuff up used off eBay. It had 12k miles on it when the guy took it to a shop to have it swapped out for a 6" lift. Why he didn't tell them to keep the fox stuff, I don't know, because they definetly could have used them with the right spacers and his new kit. I picked the whole Reaper package up for $800 shipped. I had to buy the Superlift kit because the Reaper stuff was for a steel A arm truck and mine is aluminum, plus I wanted to add the differential drop to help the angles and the Reaper Doesnt use them. It cost me $550 from Summit. The add-a-leaf was something I wanted to go with instead of a lift block in the rear because I pull our 21' boat with it and wanted the extra support. It was $80 from Summit. So I've got about $1450 in it, I installed it all myself and then took it and had it aligned (another $80). Not sure if it'll fit in the garage or not... it's occupied by my C6 Vette. D 1
Kayslay Posted March 19, 2016 Posted March 19, 2016 I had my last one done with large tires and a level and in turn made towing a trailer more difficult, which is the only reason why not on this one. Sent from my SM-G920W8 using Tapatalk I have the beasts too, they are a nice wheel. Looks great with the colour of your truck
jrob56 Posted March 19, 2016 Posted March 19, 2016 (edited) I have the beasts too, they are a nice wheel. Looks great with the colour of your truck Yeah they really match it well on his. Trying to remember if I've seen yours, probably have. Trying to decide how these would look on blue granite LTZ because I love that wheel. So much chrome I feel I need a wheel with some chrome/polish/etc to tie in. Edited March 19, 2016 by jrob56

Maybe see some in person and you'll knowHere's a pic
JcMont Posted March 20, 2016 Posted March 20, 2016 Thanks, took a while to pick them out haha. In the sun they shine a bright bronze but in the dark they appear black. Sent from my SM-G920W8 using Tapatalk
