Why don't they recall everything made in the last 15 years and get it over with? There isn't much left!

They're just covering their ass now. The recalls are all bullshit. Nine of the 13 deaths in the initial recall were either unbelted, drunk, high and one had a seizure. The Camaro thing is all but impossible to duplicate and I've driven dozens and dozens of examples of cars covered by this latest recall with absurd rental key chains- both keys, remotes and the big rental tag. Not worried. But the GM haters are having a field day.

i'm waiting for them to just get it over with and recall the 2007-2011 Aveo Sedans and the 2009-2011 Hatchbacks, they've already recalled the 2004-2006 Aveo Sedans, and the 2004-2008 Hatchbacks for a DRL Problem.

This is a big deal about nothing. EIGHT crashes out of 3,000,000+ vehicles? I can't even tell you how minuscule of a percentage point that is because my calculator represents it in exponential format and I don't remember anymore how to make that a normal number again.

Mike, I would like to have a little more knowledge on this and I'm sure others too. Do you have a link (s) for good info on the crashes that precipitated this avalanche of recalls? Thanks for any info.
