Reflective Tape For Trailer

I've been meaning to do it and finally bought some quality reflective tape for my trailers. I forget the name, but it was $13 or so from Tractor Supply, 4 strips.

It sticks very well. I just did a flashlight test in the dark. The reflection has it looking about as bright as if a light was on, or brighter. I cut a bit to have some for the side, most on the rear. I put a little on a second trailer.

I wanted reflective tape after having a lighting issue a while back. If my lights go out I wanted a good reflection. I plan to tow to MI on the 14th, good time of year for better visibility.

Has anyone else used reflective tape on a trailer?

Peterson makes stick on reflectors (look like stickers) in both red and amber, just bought another set for my trailer sinces its getting repainted. Those were every bit of twenty years old and still stuck and were still bright. Unlike the plastic ones, hard to break them off.

I used them in place of the red/white reflective tape because I didn't want the "commercial" look...if you get my meaning.
