What's a little snow ? add that to low temps , plus wind chill's that have reach ( - 60 below ) . hot chocolate , bon fire .

It's been a good winter. I enjoy storms. But 41" in a week is a good total for us. This should be a 100"+ winter this year. I know other parts of the US get much more but for a state that sits on the North Atlantic its not bad. We have been lucky that we have only hit -20F true a few times so far. Wind chills have been lower but I really don't count those.

It just bugs me that I finally get my new truck and want to keep it clean and we get all these storms.

You get the coco going and I will build the fire

Im down here in central FL, that weekend we went up to Ocala and did juniper springs run.

Thanks, it is 2" RC level in the front, stock in the back. 33x12.5x20 nitto ridge grapplers.

  I have a LTZ and it has the shifter in the console, which I like, but, every now and then, it will not stay in Reverse. I go through all the motions, hold the button in, push the shifter forward and watch the dash. The big red R comes on and also the back up camera. Then, it just pops out of Reverse with the shifter all the way forward. So then the game begins. Back and to Drive, Reverse. This goes on 8 - 10 times. Very frustrating. Had it back to the dealer and they replaced some kind of computer, but it is now happing again. It is so bad, my wife will not drive the truck, she is afraid of being stuck somewhere. Anyone else with this PIA problem?

  I see where you’re going and I can appreciate that. Statistics can be misleading because of the word average. They say statistics show the average cost of a new vehicle is about 50k. The average monthly payment is close to 1000 dollars a month. That’s statistics for you. I know very few people who pay that.

  But Grumpy I did show several subdivisions that had homes starting in the 170K range. If you bought a Townhouse or Condo you could go cheaper. Same with a car 3000 dollars in the 70s translates to around 20K today. There are several models at that price. You actually get more for the money. In the 70s I drove a 3000$ car bought a 28K home and made 4.50 per hour. Thank goodness for overtime. Today I could buy a 170K house drive a 20K car and make 25 dollars an hour operating the same machine today. The difference the house, car, machine would be better and have AC. And I wouldn’t be taxed on overtime. And statistically your wife works too. Easing the burden. I thought we agreed to disagree. I brought receipts earlier, showing examples. I think you’re more stubborn than me. I was done with this debate.
