I actually like the squared off fender flares and the plastic looks more finished to me, like when you add trim to a room in your house vs the chevy looks like it's missing something, Jeep cherokee and grand cherokee have these trim pieces as well.

I would have the trim molding painted, if u look on the Sonoma red thread page 2 I think a guy has it done, so sexy changes the whole truck
