Adding Heated Steering Wheel Option

I have a 2014 GMC Sierra SLT.

 

It has most options but does not have the heated Steering Wheel.

 

Am I able to buy a steering wheel with this option and have it installed?

 

I am guessing yes. Anyone know for sure?

 

Two Options I wish my truck had are the telescoping steering column and the heated steering wheel.

 

Not sure why the telescoping column is and option. Should be standard.

Telescoping should be there. Its a separate lever from the tilt.

I don't have it. Very odd. My uncle bought a 2014 GMC SLE and his has telescoping column

 

Mine is a Crew Cab SLT with the Max Tow.

The heated steering wheel has been successfully installed on 2013 and down. I would think it could be done on a 2014. I've seen the steering wheels on ebay .

That's weird. Because it's listed as standard equipment on all SLT models on the GMC website.

 

*edit* its optional in 2014...but 2015 is standard.

and in 15, it can be added to an SLE.

 

In 14 is was only available as an option on SLT
