Rough Idle and Vibration

So the last several days Ive developed a slight vibration and/or rough Idle while sitting at a stop light. Or when just sitting Idle. For about 2-4 seconds it will kinda stumble and idle rough bad enough that my passengers will ask whats wrong. I did recently install an Airaid JR kit so I had to disconnect the mass air flow sensor. But that was two weeks ago.

Anyone experience this?

ETA: I have 7000 miles on the truck.

I get it on occasion, it almost feels like a misfire not real sure how to describe typically at a light you wouldn't even know the truck was on or running. then sometimes theres a slight almost lobe effect where you can feel the shimmy I attribute it to cool weather or shitty fuel

Yeah mine does this. No idea why. I'm assuming buildup on the intake valves due the problem direct injection engines have with valves getting dirty from the PCV system. When I spoke to RX about their catch cans, they told me that at 11,900 miles or so when I installed my oil catch can, I probably already had a good amount of buildup on the valves and may notice a rough idle in the engine at start up until it warms up. Mine idles roughly after the engine is warm though and it's intermittent so I'm not 100% sure this is the cause but I do have my suspicions.
