How do you remove fog light from 2014 1500?

I have a 2014 and want to know if the bumper needs to be removed to change out fog light housing? Thanks for your help in advance.

On my all terrain, i can unclip the fog lamp or the complete fog lamp panel without removing the bumper. Lay down and reach your hand behind the bumper and squeeze the pressure clips holding the fog lamp and push forward. Make sure to hold the fog lamp with the other hand in case it falls out accidentally.

Use a trim removal tool and you can do it all from the front

I dont know, it looks like that foglight bezel is tucked behind the bumper but around the outer edge of the foglight. Looks like the bumper has to come off.
