24’ Oem fog light addition

I can’t find anything on this I purchased a 2024 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 Lt and it doesn’t come with the fog lamps. Is it possible to wire it up as it would come from factory with the fog lamps? Down to the switch on the left side of the steering column? I am aware programming would be necessary.

There is no OEM path for fogs.  

 

You will have to put them on their own switch either aftermarket or get the upfitter switch kit that GM sells.

I plan on eventually wiring fog lights to an upfitter switch. The plus side is that the fog light will then stay on when the high beams are on

Yes, and your auto high beams will also work.
