Not bad! While I like the midnights, those larger 20 inchs make up for the lack of black. Did you stick with Michelin's or did you go with something else? I can't tell what new brand you have on your beaut.

The 20's have the factory Goodyear SR-A tire's on them. I was not a fan of them on my 1500 and I haven't heard anything better about them on our 2500's. So, I'll likely end up with the Michelin Defender LTX like I put on my 18's only a few thousand miles ago. Not the coolest looking tire out there, but very quiet, nice ride, and plenty of grip for going and slowing.

I seen that post where someone brought that up, you will research everywhere you can but you will never find anything/anyone that will say that a GM HD truck runs any warmer with it removed.

I managed a huge fleet of them that not only had them removed but also had plow mounts installed making it even worse, these trucks were pulled to death and never had one run warm.

Too bad they wouldn't style the bumper & air dam like the Super Dutys so that if you have to take the air dam off (for plowing or off highway use) the front end doesn't look butchered.

Thank you, and yes I know! I drive a 2004 single cab 8 foot bed red Silverado now (not for long) and thought it was going to be about the same. Got in the 2015 yesterday and realized just how huge this "tank" really is. It is 4-5 feet longer than my current truck, wider, taller, and just so huge. I am going to have to "learn" how to drive it. Plus I will need help figuring out all of the buttons and gadgets.

Father had a '79 GMC crew cab, don't get any longer than that. LOL

When I had the bedliner put in my old truck the guy said he hated white trucks. So I asked why. The pigment in white is Titanium dioxide and it makes white one of the hardest color coats. Hard to scuff to put on the liner.

It's kind of stuck as evidenced by my garage.

3 diesels and 3 white vehicles (maybe not the same 3)

Nice Regal. I'm partial to G bodies since my other vehicle is an '86 Monte Carlo SS.

Had a brief foray with a Ram 2500 that had the 6.4L V8 Gas engine. Loud engine tick at cold start and constant clatter at idle - the thing sounded like an ecodiesel. Dealership acknowledged there was something wrong, but could not determine what it was. Chrysler recommended to "tear into the engine to see what's wrong". Dealer refused to do any work until they knew what was wrong. Tried to convince me nothing was wrong with it. Never had an issue with my previous 2 Silverado 1/2 tons. Shame on me. Dumped the Ram, disclosed the sounds with the Chevy dealer, took a loss, and got the 3500 Duramax/Allison. Happy camper.

Here are some pictures. Had the running boards installed yesterday. Will get some more pictures up later.

Nice pic w/ the fall colours. It would be nice to get a shot like that here, but no car wash & we're on a well, so I hesitate to wash the truck @ the house.
