Engine Mods - More Horsepower

Has anyone done any engine mods (other than a tune) to increase horsepower. Getting ready to add a cold air intake (if you have any suggestions on cold airs, feel free to share). But wasn't sure if anyone has done anything else, such as throttle body, etc.

Yea, I saw that thread, but it's 69 pages of people talking about fuel mileage...

If you have a yellow fuel cap 5.3, e85 gives you 25 hp. Easiest mod imo

It is so dumb that my new Denali was ordered without the option. My '14 ran much better on it. And it costs .50 less here than 87!
