Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G930A using Tapatalk

Nope.....its one vote per IP address......

....its a funny thing.....make a post asking for votes.....get 1000 likes or views.......get 3 votes.......its like people cant take 10 seconds out of their life for someone else these days....but oh well!

BTW Kyler, did you just vote, or a while ago?

No I didn't vote at all I don't have a FB just don't understand why beg for votes? Let the people actually decide which they like.

Well the problem with that is I didnt have a facebook account either. The only reason I have one now is to keep in contact with my fabricator in another state. Easier to see what is going on with all the different media capabilities. Anyways, I am a very solitary person, and only have like 20 friends on there. The guy that been on my back this entire competition is a kid with like 4000 friends and he is marketing votes from friends. Not that the build is better one way or another, but by pure I am going to vote for my friend.

Regardless, in the early 90's I was a member of Team Phoenix Gold and competed in sound quality competitions, I still am a sound quality guy, with an appreciation of craftsmanship. Anyways, After my daughter was born I got away from that scene, and now I am back. This is their first competition and I would really like to win it since both Kyle and I have put so much effort in getting this build right the first time.

Thanks anyways.

The Word of the Day is "Strykered".

Defined as: When a black Sierra or Silverado just isn't enough!

Use: "Murdered" is to Sierra or to Silverado whereas "Strykered" is to Denali or to High Country!

Additional Information: Noun, verb, whatever it takes!

Still working on interior panels. Finished the center bezel a couple weeks ago and finally got around to doing a couple more last night. Still have the Steering Wheel Bezel, Radio Control Bezel, and Center Console Arm Rest Bezel to do.

I have been informed that I have won the Phoenix Gold Car Audio Build of the Month for April 2016. This is the first "Build of the Month" that they have offered, and I am honored that people have supported me in my quest to win it. Thanks to all my fellow GM-Trucks buddies who went out of their way to vote for me. The support is greatly appreciated! Phoenix Gold is currently doing a write-up of my build, and I will post the link once it is done.

Will do, the light bar is still a way down the road though.....not even sure I am going to go with it yet. Just collecting dust right now.....and no, not selling it, deal of a lifetime so I will hold on to it until I am absolutely sure...

Got a pic with the seat down to show the mini console?

Yes there are pictures in the build thread for the jump console. I will do a full picture layout when I finish the build and get detailed. Next month or so.

My Car Audio build is featured on the www.PhoenixGold.com website for Build of the Month.

Thanks for your referral over to this thread...and CONGRATULATIONS on the win! I'm pretty meticulous and picky, and this is a very well-thought-out, quality build. I have never heard the Phoenix Gold products before- after being away from car audio so long, so much has changed. Are you still planning on installing the Alpine Headunit?

The simple cosmetic changes you made to the interior trim pieces really have bumped-up the overall perception of luxury/quality in the Denali interior, IMO. Very, very nice. As I wrote in the other thread, just a black or black leather bezel trim upgrade would be a hoot. Your solution works REAL nice.
