Some dealers might have something going on, but I don't think GM is going to discount them anymore than they already are.

The time to buy is the final weekend of this month. The month of June is the end of a quarter for these dealerships. If you go visit a volume dealership at the end of this month, you more than likely will walk away with the deal you want because they are wanting to hit their numbers.

The $1500 private offer is coming up lately

I've been at my dealership for 15 years and its the smae every year. The end of this month and into next month will be a huge push to clear out as many 15's as possible. It all had to do with end of production for the model year and beginning of the new 16's. While they haven't even really done a "truck month" yet they may not. Chevy typically adds a bit more of an incentive to their double cabs. Most large dealers are volume guys, they want to move them and maintain that spot theyve worked so hard to gain. We are continuously #1 in our area/region and we wont lose it.

For the guys shopping, a few things that may get a few $ in savings. If you are not a GM employee or have family that is, go join a credit union, that will qualify you for supplier pricing, that is compatible with all other incentives. Its worth the $5.00 you put in the account to open it.

Also spend some time on chevys website building and comparing the different truck models you could end up with a $1500 private offer that is also compatible with MOST incentives.

I believe they may sweeten up even more in July but we dont know until everyone does.
