Side mount cargo tie down preference

No it wouldn't, at least if you put the tie downs in like I did. I put the tie downs in first and then the bedliner on top of that. Also some of the metal screws will not "bite" after you take them out and then screw them back in. They still hold the bed liner in place but the just spin when you get them screwed in all the way. I am not happy with the screws drilling into my new truck when I picked it up. If I had known that was how the bed liner was going to be put in I would have not got it in the first place. Probably would have went without or a spray in. What is done is done so I am going to live with it.

Do yourself a favor and go with the low profile retractable Bull Rings.

And just get a complete 9-pack from the get go.

I went with the oem tie downs with the thought that I would want to get the GearOn bars when they release them for the full size trucks.
