New '16 Jayco 32 BHDS!

Just picked up our new '16 Jayco 32 BHDS Thu evening!!! Loving the room it has, though our boys are not with us this trip.

Only complaint is dealer screwed up on the shank. Suppose to have a Reese Titan 2.5" shank- no a 2" Husky, not sure exactly what happened. They are working on it though (from what they say. We will see!).

Spent most of Fri packing it, then adjusted the hitch a little. Which needs to be redone- went the wrong way to add a little more tension to the bars!!!! ? Was getting tired, and wanted to get on the road so will mess with it today here at the cg.

Reese Dual Cam (1500lb bars) doing its job with the 35' tt. Tows nice, even with the slight hitch adjustment needed. Just about have everything organized. May tweak a few things here and there as we go. Tons of storage.

Only pic I have since we bought it.

Dual slide- couch/ dinette, and smaller slide In the bunk room. Also has a door directly into the bathroom.

TY all!

We are pretty close to being done organizing everything. May tweak here and there for convenience. Just need to do a few mods and will should be all set! Plan on adding shelves to the wardrobe closets- why don't manufactures make it an option??? While some may hang clothes when using their rv's, I know a lot who don't! Lol And the vinyl fence post sleeve mod for the sewer hose and a fold up ladder.

Readjusted the hitch so we will see how she pulls today going home. If we have time I will hit the scales to see how close the hitch adjustment is.

Nice looking camper. Jayco makes a good product, I've owned 2 from them. I hope you enjoy it.

We didn't park "normal- backed in" with the awning toward the lake as we were with a huge group. We had the 2 sites next to ours (awning to awning) with the center site being the cook site, and the fire was at the third site. I lost track of just how many families were camping, as we had a few families with a cabin nearby come by as well. Total at one point we had 52 (I think it was) in our group.

Before we know it, it will be time to start planning for next years trip! Lol

Awesome and nice pics of the trip. We vacation in Michigan in Lake City usually twice a year, I love being by the lake!

TY!

Lake City isn't to far from where we were go for our long trip of the year, S. Higgins Lk!

It is great being by the lake! Nothing like it.

I did get the 2.5" Reese Titan shank. The thing is a beast!!! Haven't swapped the hitch head over yet. Also received my rear cargo hitch for the trailer, which also needs to be mounted! Lol Havne't worked on any more mods since we have been back from our trip. Maybe next week or two.

Beautiful rig. Great pics. I love camping! Glad all is well. I've heard lots of good things about jayco. I would consider one if I ever pony up for a brand new rig! Big bucks $$$$$!
