Help Please, Broken Pull Handle, 2012 Silverado

Recommended Posts

Hello, I'm new here. I have a 2012 Silverado. The interior door pull handle is broken. I guess from putting pressure on it while entering/exiting. I'm trying to find the part online, eBay, but I can't seem to find anything for a 2012 Silverado. I've found the part for a Chevy Express, would that be the same part? Is that even the correct name for it? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank You

Go to a junkyard and pull it yourself. There are tons of these trucks in junkyards..

I just checked my local junkyards, only one has a 2011. I'll check that one out this weekend, thanks. I didn't think junkyards carry newer cars/trucks.

the 2011 and 2012 should be the same, as long as its the same color. the 2007 to 2013 trucks have A LOT of interchangeable parts. just ordered a DIC panel for my truck since my trim didn't come with it, the gm supplier website I used said fits all trucks in that year range I believe, or maybe it was 2008 to 2010. either way parts are interchangeable for the most part

last time the dealer fixed min under warranty the only solution was an entire door panel. There is just some cheesy plastic table under there that keep the handle in place. Mine was broken from the factory.

No luck, would anyone happen to know the name of the part? Or have a link to where I could buy one online?

Thanks

Its called an arm rest. And I don't think it is available as a separate part. You have to buy the whole door panel. If you have any big junk yard in your area they can search all over the country and see if anything is available.
