I've been purchasing GMs for 30 plus years I am a Master Mechanic as with all master Mechanics you do trouble shooting as part of your profession my 2014 Silverado rally 2 has just over 7000 miles steering wheel vibration as well as the seat from 45 mph to 70 mph two trips to the dealer brand new tires and rims you can take it out of the v4 mode and be in v8 mode and does not change GM has a problem with theses trucks which for the money we pay is not acceptable all you have to do is Google this problem and it's nation wide not just me to me it feels as if the steering column assy.is made cheap and it transfer the vibration easily the tires the drive train the whole package is terrible I come from a family that owns 90 percent GM cars and trucks my family calls me for advice when it comes to how I feel about there next purchase of a new ride well I All ways pointed to GM but I have lost total confidence in GM and the dealership I have made several attempts to get a GM representative to call me ! I'm sure they will start to understand as I Will make my problems public with my truck on social media because i feel the motoring public has a right to know and it's very obvious that GM representatives that where called by the dealership to discuss my trucks issues of vibration in the end they thought that blowing me off was the answer which is not the case ! Master Mechanics don't let problems go they are investigators and problem solvers You buy new for a reason it's to have a Warranty not excuses I have a Class A CDL as well and have driven Road Tractors that have less vibration it's coming to a sad end for me and GM do the research I'm not the only one with this problem who want to drive a truck that feel like your driving on a brick road eveytime you drive it I purchased This truck over a year ago the low mileage is for a reason it's not the first choice of our vehicles to drive what a shame GM stand behind what you build fix your phone because it doesn't seem to return calls !

What would be the point of buying a New truck with warranty.....Who wants to work on their own truck after working all week ? lol

Lisa, I would suggest you start working with your dealer right away and tell them what you wrote above. They need to involve their GM rep and work towards a buyback on your truck if they can't fix the problem. If they refuse to help you, it is time for a call to the BBB. They will open a case and work with GM on your behalf, but you should really start with the selling dealer first.
