Anyone with a 1inch level or 1.5" leveling kit

I'm looking into getting a leveling kit BUT I do not want the front of the truck higher than the rear. I seen there is a 2inch level and a 2.25 inch leveling kits but I am not interested in that. I wants to get a inch leveling kit or 1.5 inch MAX. But I am wondering if anyone else has one?

I have a 1.5 but can't remember the brand right now. It was a name brand level. Top strut spacer. Very happy with it. I'll try to post a pic and the brand later.

Fyi. A 2" level won't put your front higher than your rear. A simple tape measure will show you.

Agreed ^^^

After my 2" Motofab level, i still retained 1 inch of rake

They don't measure higher but a lot of the time they look higher in the front. Plus for me i have some added weight on the rear so didn't want the 2 inch.

I was in your positon too. i have a z71 and didnt want to be like "that guy" goin down the road with the front higher. well i put the 2 inch in and what do u know i was wrong the 2 inch makes the front sit about 3/4 of a inch lower in the front. Perfect. u will regret a 1.5 or 1 inch.

That is good for you. Just find it funny that you know how the op will feel. I have a 1.5 and i am very happy with the out come. Different strokes different folks. These are all opinions.

Mine measures 38 3/8 front and 38 7/8 rear with the 1.5 Readylift level. I do have a spray in bed liner and a snuglid so a little extra weight out back.

I feel my truck looks nose high and I have a 2" in the front. If I had to do it again I would go just 1.5".

One thing to remember is to measure from the bottom of the cab. I'm not sure the wheel wells will be the same height if the truck is truly level. I think the rear wheel well is cut out a little bit higher. I could be wrong though.

You made me break out a tape measure again for making that point lol. I never really thought if that. But i from the ground to the top of the fender in front i measure 39" and rear is 40", and for comparison i measured from top of tire to top of fender and i have 7" in front and 8" in rear so it seems my rake is a consistent 1" between front and rear no matter where you measure. Also keep in mind in running a 33.3" total tire

I still wants a slight factory rake because I tows trailers often and hauls light loads. I don't know if the crew cab 6.5ft box is different than the rest but a 2" level don't make the truck level, the fount sits higher with a backrack and metal tonneal cover. been there done that.

Not really, I am not a huge fan of leveling kits because if you hauls items in your bed often the front always sticks up a mile. if its your preference go for it. But I am not...

Do you have either side on view of the truck?

The dealer didn't recommend a 2 inch level, They said nothing over 1.5inches. they also had people install them and had to remove the lower spacer because the truck wasn't level. fount sitted higher.

That's exactly what I thought, the front wheel well is smaller than the rear. people measures the wheel arch height but I don't think that's the way that you should determine that.
