So I have a 2016 All Terrain with the 20" AT rims. Looking at going with the Zone 4.5" lift, and 35's, question is, is that all you guys needed? I read somewhere that someone needed 1.5" spacers on the back but I want to avoid that. So my question is would I be fine with just buying the lift and tires? And be able to pull it off, no trimming or rubbing? How do you guys like the ride or setup?

Your trimming would be minor and without the spacers in the rear your front tires will stock out 1.75” further in the front which is very noticeable

4.5 zone lift with an added 1.89” from bilstein adjustable strut, so almost 6.5” lift the front.

Bilstein fronts set to stock height, 5125 rear
1.5" Bora spacer rear

No rub or scrubbing. I have stamped steel UCAs. Front is a little lower than the rear with rear blocks, but I prefer that for towing(1"). I have had the lift for several years and like it. I only have 14,000 miles on the truck and only drive it on weekends. I like it.

With 20's(stock)nothing wider than an 11.50 will fit and not contact the UCA. With 22's(stock) you can run a 12.50 easy. Offset wheels will allow space for the UCA but then the bumper and fender come into play.

This might be a dumb request but, can someone who’s running the Zone 4.5” lift on 20’s & 34” tires, measure the total height of the truck from the ground up including the XM Antenna?
Need to find out the max height to see if I’m gonna fit in the parking garage at work 😂

Mine looks to be about 80” to the top of the Onstar shark fin.

I currently have it leveled at the front by 2". Is it safe to safe that i can take a measurement with the 2" lift and just Add 2.5" on top of that to get the equal height of what the Zone will be?

I would assume that's close. Mine was a true 4.5" lift plus the added tire height, you should be able to add 2.5-3.0" and be safe.

I hesitantly went to the dealer and set an appointment.  They are booked a couple weeks out.  I almost left it there.  I checked my mobile app and it had a issue that a device might be causing an issue with my truck's diagnosis.  I had seen this for a few weeks, but just assumed it was a non-issue.  I have a range AFM disabler that has not given me issues.  I started using it around 30k.  I just hit 50k the day before I started having the issue.

I looked online and there may be an update for it.  They have a posted article for this:  https://www.rangetechnology.com/blog/post/check_engine_lights/

I have it disconnected and so far all good.  We shall see... I am at 50k and a week from owning 2 years... Yes, I am putting a lot of miles on it
