I have visited this site a few times and was very helpful and decided to join up. Currently driving a 2010 Sierra 1500 Z71 5.3l with 114000km. I recently went through the lifter/camshaft replacement which seems to be a common problem. Like to hear people's thoughts on that. Anyway I enjoy the forum and all the helpful info.

My share was $3200 after taxes and gm picked up around $1000. Feel like they should have covered more but maybe I was lucky to get anything as the warranty was up 6 months prior.
