Yes. As were most of the 2014s.

2014 6.2 did not have the 8L90. 8L90 launched with the 6.2 in trucks for 2015. 2014 they had the 6L80.

I can confirm a '16 6.2 is backed by the 8 speed transmission... Just picked it over the weekend..

Thanks for the responses guys my local dealer just called me he had been watching for a 16 for me and dealer traded for a 15 for another guy and he backed out and is willing to really deal on this 15

Sticker on the 6.2 truck is 54k they are at 43k and are willing to give 9k on my 2005 crew cab colorado with 128k and check engine light on. For a difference of 34k I offered them 32k what do you think?

Do your homework regarding the financing and if everything is good I would say hit the BUY IT NOW button. I don't think they will drop another 2k on price but the trade offer is very good.

Cash is king but I don't think they will drop anymore on price. No money to be made on the financing so no real incentive for them do sweeten the deal.

Yes crew cab. I wish it had dvd players. It's not the exact truck I would order so it's got to be a great deal for me to compromise

Dealer could care less how they get paid, there is some kick back in financing.

They went to 33k. I didn't pull the trigger yet had another dealer pushing a 16 high country we will see how close they are willing to get.

SLT and LTZ and up 16's with the 5.3 are also 8 speeds.

(LT and SLE and lower with 5.3 are still 6 speeds.)
