Idle in gear vibration/shake - the FIX

My truck has developed a shake when it's warmed up, in gear, at idle, with your foot on the brake stopped; such as at a red light. Link above shows a fix for it apparently. I'm going to do this this weekend and see what happens. Can anyone please post up the motor mount bolt torque please. Thanks.

Yea, this has been around for a while...that article is dated October 8, 2014. I had it performed on my truck...twice. It helped some, but the idle vibes never went away.

The only thing that got rid of the idle vibes was having my tuner raise idle RPM from 500 to 600.

Now my truck idles smooth as glass.

^ good to know man. Yeah, when warmed up my truck idles right at 500. I have 35.5k on the truck. Just started this crap. but we also just got cold weather in FL. I have to see tomorrow or the next day when it's back up in the 80's if it's doing it.

Warmed up today around here. No vibration on the way to or from work. I'm not messing with it...

Raised my idle to 600 also, can still feel it there sometimes but not anything noticeable. V8s were not made to idle smoothly at 500 RPMs. Park and Neutral are set at 600RPM; I'm assuming its at 500 in drive to pass emission testing.
