I do not doubt that the Volant is a good CAI but maybe you had something wrong with your Airaid MIT. 99% of Airaid owners have reported great results and I haven't read of any issues other than paying a lot for just a tube .

I went with the full CAI.... Best unit i have owned. The ram air scoop is quite nice as well.

 

Wouldn't hesitate to buy it again.

 

For those of you wondering Volant and Corsa are owned by the same company.

Thanks for the tip I just ordered! Get an extra 1.5% using a debit card! LOL wooo 3$!!
