Gas fill issue

What type of Gas do you all put in your V8... Regular-Mid-Super?

Up here in Colorado at 6000ft altitude
5.3L gets 85 Octane
6.2L gets 87 or 91.

Hi I just have had problem with trying to fill my 2017 Silverado truck ( Crewcab) 5.3 .

    The gas nozzle will not go into the capless receiver of the tank.  

Any suggestions on how to fix or what is the problem.

It seems that the safety caps will not move to allow the gas nozzle enter the opening.

I have a 2017 GMC Sierra and I have replaced the vent and the carbon filter and the truck will not accept fuel with out it being at dribble from the pump.  I have tried pumps from East Texas to West Texas and all of them have the same result.  What else could it be?!?!?!
