CORSA EXHAUST Problem... Calling all corsa trucks!

So I have a 2015 Silverado with the 5.3 motor. Just wanted to get a little more sound out of it so I purchased a Corsa Cat-Back exhaust. Got the exhaust, installation was a breeze in the truck sounded amazing. That didn't last long... Started getting this whistling sound while I was putting a load on the motor. I rechecked all the clamps, everything is seated and sealed nice. Corsa sent me a new muffler, but no dice, still whistling. Corsa is now telling me that it is a sound produced by the motor, and there is nothing I am going to be able to do...

 

Someone please tell me that can't be true.

The truck sounds amazing, but I can't stand getting on the freeway and wanted to give it little gas and getting this twistle ish sound.

Here's a video, sucks but for some reason video struggles to get it. Play it a couple times and you'll pick up on it.

My truck has a little whistle to it. Nothing crazy but it sounds like a tiny turbo... I have a stock 2015 Silverado 5.3.

Cant tell much from the video. But I have Corsa, and I don't hear any whistle.

But it could be the tips. Maybe try taking the tip off and see if it still does it.

Yea they sent me a new muffler and still didn't resolve the issue. Haha typical

i worked my way back removing the tips, to the muffler, all the way to the spherical clamp.

 

fired up the truck and gave it a couple revs, and the whistle sound was still present... I cant believe it.

 

Am i getting the whistle because the Corsa system is so free flowing?

 

I am thoroughly disappointed.

Wow this is news to my ears!!! I've never and silver ice means ever... heard of anyone complaining about corsa. Man keep us updated I'm curious what it is

Yes I have an airraid intake. I even removed the intake and I still got the whistle through the exhaust. I love love love the corsa sound. Just don't love the whistle that I hear now.

Yea it's weird, if you were to hear it in person, you would without a doubt pick it up

I had a whistle from my Corsa at full throttle I sent a video to Corsa and they shipped a new muffler next day air and fixed the problem
