2016 Chevy Silverado - Help removing console lid

Recommended Posts

Ok, so I've been reading up about wireless charging on the forums here but all the lids that I've seen the lids that only have screws and the 16 Silverado I have doesn't. Any idea as to how to remove this part? I assume it just pops-off with tabs but I don't want to break anything (at least not yet, it's only got 800 miles).

I plan to install this this evening when I get home from work so any help would be highly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

CS

The panel on the other side comes off and the screws for the top trim are under it , I believe the bottom panel just snaps on ..... there should 4 screws I believe

So i have a 2014 GMC Sierra SLT with center console and buckets... latch is broken on console lid. How do I get to it?

So, to piggyback on this, I would like to put the chrome handle on the lid like the one my wife's Tahoe has, is this possible?
