Windshield Scratch

Anybody ever have something like this? It is like a rock glanced the windshield but did not crack it. Anybody have any suggestions aside from full windshield replacement? Thanks.

Your windshield looks good from here......

I suggest trading the truck in on a new one instead of replacing the glass. Or post a picture so that we can come up with a possible solution.

My bad, I didn't realize the files were too big the first time around.

I would dump the plastic gear shifter and upgrade to a much nicer Denali leather shifter.

Well that's 2 votes for trading the truck.... Sure is fun spending someone else’s money.

My brother was in the glass business for over 20 years and I called him about this. He said you can get a kit very much like the headlight restoration kits from a glass shop, or have them buff it out for you. Here is a link of the procedure:

 

I would get the glass shop to do it if it was me...good luck
