2006 z71 option

Does anyone know specifically what was included in 06 for z71? After all the reading I've done, it just seems like shocks, skid plates, and wheel flares.

Shocks,plates, air filter.

In what way was z71 a suspension upgrade? When I look for replacement shocks it never says "with z71", I only see items that say "with auto ride control" or "with quadrasteer". Z71 is neither of these though.

The shocks were slightly firmer.

I know... that's my point. If z71 has different shocks, why don't the auto parts stores identify as such. If you have a z71 and are looking for replacements, how do you know you're not getting shocks for a non-z71?

Jmho but I think any aftermarket shock is a step up from the factory original non z71 shocks

Also a transmission cooler is included in the package for towing and off-road use.
