Why 3 Different Front Control Arms ?

Why do the same model i.e. "All-Terrain" Come with either Cast Aluminum , Cast Steel or Stamped Steel Control Arms? What gives? Why is GM using three types of front control arms. My 2015 SLE All-Terrain had Cast Aluminum and my 2016 SLT All-Terrain has Rolled Steel. Yet I saw other Standard SLT made the same month as Mine with Cast Steel Front Control Arms? What is going on? Is GM cost Cutting?

I've wondered the same thing. I wonder if it depends on what plant your truck is manufactured.
