2016 Silverado bumper filler

What gauge is this tubing? And what is the gauge of the flat metal inserts? I do have some handy workers in our sheet metal shop.

The tubing is 1-1/4" x .108" wall. The skid plate is 16ga stainless. The lower mounts are 1/4" plate and the top mount is 3/16" wall angle iron.

Between the 2" leveling kit and removing the plastic from the bumper, I've gained 9" of clearance under the front bumper. 18" vs 9" stock. My mileage doesn't appear to have taken a hit at all. Still getting 19-20 mpg back and forth to work.

Thanks guys!

 

I was at the dealer Monday to get the airbag recall taken care of and the service manager commented on how much he liked the look with the air dam removed. He said he had thought about removing his too but wasn't sure how it would look.
