Truck looks good. Standard size bed is the only way to go. Wish I had 3.42s but I couldn't get it in a Z71.

Thanks, yeah, I really liked the z71 looks more..., but I wanted the max package more for pulling my trailer.

I'm guessing in the long run that I'll have less stone chips by having the chrome front end too, even though it's not quit as sharp looking.

Thrilled that I got the bigger motor too, it pulls so much nicer than my 2003 avalanche! Alot of advancements in 14 years, lol

I ordered a 16 back in April and the order had to be changed to a 17 after 7 weeks with no movement on the 16. The dealer reordered the same truck as a 17 on June 11th. Took about 7 weeks. I'm very happy with the truck. Dealer says I'm got the 1st 17 through them. They've come a long way since my 08. Here's a few pics of it.

Yes, I think that's them. The second picture really show them. Horizontal shutter with the pivot showing to the left side of the picture. Thanks for taking the picture which confirmed they are really there.
