H11 to h9 halogen conversion

Has anyone done this mod. If so what are your thoughts? Brightness, heat output, also if so how have they faired...life wise ?

Did you run into any problems?/ overheating, burned wires or discolored reflector after awhile just looking to make sure heat won't kill the housing or wiring of anything

I haven't looked to closely(i will tomorrow), but nothing that has caught my eye over the last 4/5 months.

I did it on my '15 ltz projectors, and the output suffered greatly from it. They offered a bigger hotspot, but I lost width with the h9 bulbs. In a reflector housing I don't know how it would do.
