Nitto Ridge Grappler

Anyone running these tires yet? Saw them and am having trouble deciding between these and the duratracs or st maxx. I've heard the nitto tires wear faster than others.

Check the treadlife warranty on them

 

I do not think Nitto Ridge Grapplers have any though. Check if they have a M+S rating.

 

Trail Grapplers also have no tread life warranty.

 

Terra Grapplers have a 60,000 mile warranty.

 

The beefer the ridges on the tire the more it will wear. ie) M/T should be rotated every 3k miles.

I've looked and haven't found any tread life warranty. Just curious more than anything. I'm leaning towards the ridge grapplers just from the looks of them. All 3 tires are similar in price and I've owned several sets of coopers and have had great results.

ProComp Xtreme MT2 has a 40,000 mile warranty that is decent and one of the top MT tires around. I have a few friend who use / recommend these and are the types who drive older trucks and 4x4 through mud and rivers. This would be my choice for a MT but I am sure others like different ones.

 

Their AT Sport is also a nice AT with 60,000. Which is what I am thinking about running as seems better as an all around tire.

 

I believe an Xtreme AT would compare to a Ridge Grappler as a hybrid tire and ProComps has a 50,000 mile warranty.
